ARE YOU A GODDESS OF ROSES?

The "ARE YOU A GODDESS OF ROSES?" installation encourages the audience to enter into the world of Kwanjai; the goddess of roses. Floral forms intertwine with luminescent LED strips and aluminium wires around a mirror (size: 170 x 230 x50 cm). The mirror challenges the viewer to gaze upon themselves and ponder, “could I be the Goddess?" This experience encourages introspection and empathy and the belief that every individual possesses the potential to embody the qualities of a goddess.
